Join us for an on-line mindfulness practice session via zoom. Led by one of our team of experienced mindfulness teachers, each session last and hour and is free of charge. TWO SESSIONS PER WEEK!

As a GP I am interested in helping all of us make the most of our lives, especially as we navigate through these unprecedented and uncertain times.
What these times have shown us is that no-one is exempt from the challenges that life can throw up, whether that be the direct consequences of the Pandemic or the internal worries that we have about what might happen. In order to support our previous course participants during these challenging times, we are offering on-line Mindfulness practice sessions via video link. These sessions are only suitable for those who have previously completed an 8-week mindfulness course.
