Time away from the demands and stresses of daily life.  Time to re-discover or deepen your mindfulness practice.  Time for you.  We offer day retreats throughout the year and occasional weekend retreats.

In light of the situation with Covid-19 and the current restrictions, our programme of retreats is sadly on hold.
