The Present is an eight-week Mindfulness course for adults who are interested in finding out how Mindfulness may help them in their busy everyday lives.

The course is a gentle introduction to traditional Mindfulness practices which have been demonstrated to improve both mental and physical wellbeing in the midst of busy and/or stressful day-to-day life.

 

The course is suitable for both those with no or some knowledge of Mindfulness, as well as those who may have attended an 8 week course in the past.

This 8-week course, taught by an experienced teacher in a supportive and friendly on-line setting, will teach you how to boost your happiness and well-being, find new sources of resilience, joy, and calm in your life, and to cope with stress, anxiety, fear, and depression.

Mindfulness Courses

Whatever your level of experience, our Mindfulness taster sessions are the ideal way to discover more about or re-connect with Mindfulness.

Our reConnect sessions are three 45 minute sessions which are stand alone but link together to explore some of the key themes of the various 8 week Mindfulness courses that Tenterden Mindfulness Group offers.  The sessions are held on-line and delivered by Dr Neil Pillai, Laura Acosta and Cesare Saguato, all experienced and accredited UK Mindfulness teachers. Participants will be supported with written materials, brief mindfulness practices and ways to integrate what is learned into everyday life.
