In this Autumnal Mindfulness Day Retreat you will have the opportunity to explore and deepen your practice under the guidance of Cesare Saguato, one of TMG's experienced mindfulness teachers.

The day will include guided practices familiar for those who have completed an 8 Week Mindfulness Course, as well as some practices from the Mindfulness Based Compassionate Living curriculum, focused on cultivating loving kindness and compassion for self and others.

There will be time to inquire and reflect together as well as a period of silence. By the end of the day, having spent time recognising and connecting with the light and warmth of Kind Awareness, you will then be ready to further integrate your meditation experience with your everyday life into the winter months ahead.

The cost of attendance is £50 (supporter rate £60)

What to bring:

Please bring your own packed lunch and water to drink.  Hot beverages will be available at the venue.

If you have your own meditation mat and cushion or bench, please bring it along with a blanket and possibly a yoga mat. There will be chairs and a few cushions.

We ask that participants have had their COVID vaccinations or can present a negative COVID test and are free of any symptoms to make the Day Retreat as safe as possible for all. Please be aware that we may need to revise these requirements for the day, depending on the situation at the time should the government's regulations change. We would then notify all participants in good time.
