About the Event
Take part in our HYBRID Mindfulness practice session with Dr Pillai. Take part face-to-face at Ivy Court Surgery in Tenterden, or join in via Zoom online - our hybrid sessions cater for everone's preference and location!
The session takes place at the new Ivy Court Surgery building in the comfortable surroundings of their multi-media suite. It will last for 1.5 hours and gives us all an opportunity to come together and practice mindfulness in one place.
Free parking is available at the surgery - please buzz at the barrier and you will be let in (arriving no earlier than 5:30pm and no later than 6:30pm).
Advance Booking is reqiured to ensure numbers are kept at a suitable level to maintain social distancing. The suggested donation for attendance is £5 - £10 (to help us cover the costs of the session) however we recognise that the current financial climate can be challenging for many, so please pay what you can afford. ADDITIONAL supporter donations gratefully received in order to help cover the full cost of the event.
