About the Event
Take part in our new HYBRID Mindfulness Practise sessions. Meet face-to-face or join in via Zoom online - our hybrid sessions cater for everone's preference and location!
The session starts at 6:15pm for 1.5 hours and gives us all an opportunity to come together and practice mindfulness in one place.
The sessions are being held in the new Ivy Court Surgery building in the comfortable surroundings of their multi-media suite.
Advance Booking is reqiured to ensure numbers are kept at a suitable level to maintain social distancing.
Standard Entry (in-person or online) is £5 with ADDITIONAL supporter donations gratefully received in order to help cover the full cost of the event.
