Mindful Menopausing

Join TMG and Laura Acosta for a Mindful Menopausing Workshop.

Mindful Menopausing is a new workshop for TMG run by Laura Acosta: LIfe Coach, Menopause Experts Licensed Champion and Certified Mindfulness Teacher - core faculty member affiliated to TMG.

Laura will lead participants through a two hour workshop combining Mindfulness practice (suitable for anyone whether beginners to Mindfulness or with some experience of Mindful meditation).

We will reflect on our current experience and knowledge of Peri/Menopause and increase our understanding of ways to set action around Peri/Menopause so that we can flourish.

New learning and knowledge will also be a key part of the workshop - covering areas such as Nutrition, Exercise, Medical/Non-medical support, Self-care strategies and Visioning/Visualisation techniques.

Do join us for a deeply restorative and nourishing workshop - to help you to find greater balance, understanding and self-compassion in the midst of Peri/Menopause.

Participants should wear loose and comfortable clothing.

The cost of participation is: Supporter rate £30, Standard rate £20, Concession rate £10.

As a charitable organisation, Tenterden Mindfulness Group want to support as many people as we can to access Mindfulness, so if you are unable to afford the full event fee, please consider using the concessionary rate e.g. Students (18+), Unemployed, Low-income.  If you don't fit into one of the stated categories but feel you cannot afford to pay the full fee, please contact our office PRIOR to booking at contact@tenterdenmindfulness.co.uk to discuss your situation.

We are able to offer concessionary rates thanks to the on-going generosity of our supporters and donors. Please only use the concessionary rate where there is genuine need.
