Tenterden Mindfulness Group are delighted to be able to offer our members the opportunity to practice mindfulness in a wonderful rural equine setting.
The session will involve a mindfulness practice led by Dr. Neil Pillai as well as the opportunity to spend time with and around horses, helping you to recharge your emotional battery, find and enjoy stillness in your body/mind/spirit and connect with yourself, nature and horses.
Spend time away from a screen or phone or life's demands to gain some clarity and peace.
There is no obligation to be physically close to the horses unless you wish to be - everyone can take the experience at their own pace and within in their own comfort zone.
Sensible sturdy footwear (no open-toed shoes or sandals) is required as well as weather-appropriate clothing. You will also need a notebook and pen for journalling.
Places are limited to 10 people and we ask for a donation of £5 per person in advance.
