TMG meetings are very popular and well attended and are open to anyone who has completed an 8 week Mindfulness course. If you practice Mindfulness though did not attend one of our courses, you would be most welcome to join us at any of our monthly meetings. Please just email us in advance and we can also add you to our email distribution list.
If you have never attended one, perhaps now is the time to try! The format of the meetings sometimes varies, but practising Mindfulness in a group is always the most important part of the evening. No matter how your practice has or hasn't gone recently you will be most welcome.
Please remember that you are not expected to take part in any discussions and, if you wish, can come and take part as just being part of the group. If, however, you would like to share your ‘Mindful Month’ with the group, then you will find very willing listeners!
The meetings are led by one of our team of qualified mindfulness teachers and we ask for a donation of £5-£10 per meeting to help towards covering the cost of the teacher's fee and the venue hire.
The meetings are held at West View Integrated Care Centre, Tenterden, and last for either 1 or 2 hours (see below).

The Saturday Sit!
We now offer another opportunity to practice together at a different time and day! The Saturday Sit takes the form of a 45 minute session, starting at 08.15 on Saturday mornings and ending by 09:00.
Sessions are held downstairs at West View, and are led by one of our team of qualified mindfulness practitioners, who will take the opportunity to lead a practice and/or play some guided practices from world renowned Mindfulness teachers.
