In order to support previous course participants during these challenging times, we are offering on-line Mindfulness practice sessions via Zoom video-conferencing.
These sessions are only suitable for those who have previously completed an 8-week mindfulness course.

How to Take Part
These sessions are only suitable for previous course participants. If you have completed an 8-week mindfulness course with another provider and wish to take part then please get in touch by email.
A REMINDER and link to join each session will be emailed to all previous course participants before each session. If we do not currently have your correct email address then please get in touch.
Smart-phone users will need to download the free Zoom App before joining the session!
There is no charge to join a session but if you would like to make a donation to help us cover our costs.
