Group Practice Sessions

Post-Course Support

In order to support our previous course participants, we run a number of regular group practice sessions where you can meet other like-minded individuals and practice Mindfulness together in a group setting.

We offer our practice groups both on-line and face-to-face (prevailing Government guidelines permitting), as well as some session being held as a hybrid of the two!

These sessions are only suitable for those who have previously completed an 8-week mindfulness course

  • July 2021: We will be holding one online session per week on a Saturday morning.  Please see your inbox for session details.

  • August 2021: We will not be holding practice sessions in August as our teachers are taking a well-earned rest.

  • September / October 2021:  We will shortly be announcing our new program of practice sessions, half-day and full day retreats - watch this space!

How to take part in online practice sessions

These sessions are only suitable for previous course participants.  If you have completed an 8-week mindfulness course with another provider and wish to take part then please get in touch by email.

A REMINDER and Zoom link to join each online session will be emailed to all previous course participants before each session.  If we do not currently have your correct email address then please get in touch.

There is no formal charge to take part however a donation of £5 -£10 per session  will help us cover the costs of running each session and help ensure their ongoing viability.  Thank you for your support.

Smart-phone users will need to download the free Zoom App before joining the session!
