Cesare works in private practice as a Psychotherapist, integrating a mindful approach with other modalities as it serves his clients and runs mindfulness retreats, courses and training for the public and private organisations, as well as offering practice days for course graduates to help them maintain and deepen their practice in an ongoing way.
He is also co-founder of RUN:ZEN, Mindfulness for Runners with his colleague Stuart McLeod, which integrates mindfulness in stillness and movement through the medium of running, thus combining the mental and physical health benefits of mindfulness with cardiovascular exercise.
Since 2008, Cesare’s own mindfulness meditation practice has been under the guidance of internationally recognised teachers.
In 2013 he set up a not-for-profit organisation in Rochester, Kent where he voluntarily provides thriving weekly classes in mindfulness meditation and mind-training to the local community.
Cesare is passionate about sharing the many benefits that mindfulness has to offer to the best of his ability and wherever there is an interest.
