Emma Isworth
Emma is a physiotherapist with over 40 years of clinical experience in the NHS. Her work has been mostly with children where she developed an interest in young people who suffer with chronic fatigue and pain, anxiety and unexplained medical symptoms.
Having gained a Masters Degree in Medical Humanities at the University of Kent as a mature student, Emma took her first course in Mindfulness. She developed a regular personal practice, attended further courses and Retreats and in 2017 was supported by TMG to train to teach Mindfulness to children and now teaches in primary schools. She is also trained to teach The Present course for Adults.
