Join TMG and David Bignell for a Mindful Movement workshop inspired by Tai Chi that will offer you the opportunity to engage in gentle movement in a mindful way. Inspired by exercises from Tai Chi, the session will be suitable for all and will encourage the development of a kind and curious attitude to the body.
