Join TMG and David Bignell for a Mindful Movement workshop inspired by Tai Chi that will offer you the opportunity to engage in gentle movement in a mindful way. Inspired by exercises from Tai Chi, the session will be suitable for all and will encourage the development of a kind and curious attitude to the body. Participants will be taught a short eight step routine that they will then be able to practice at home if they choose to do so. It will include gentle stretching, walking and some standing and sitting activities.
